Where are the Library Objects and Library Candles made? 

• All Library Objects are handcrafted in India by a team of highly skilled artisans. 
• Library Candles are poured in the US. 

How should I care for my Library Objects? 

• For your leather, brass, and wood items, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to sweep away dust and dirt, preserving their natural beauty 
• These handcrafted materials may naturally develop unique marks, color shifts over time, enhancing their character and individuality. 
• To ensure longevity, store items in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. 

How should I care for my Library Candles? 

• Burning Instructions:
  • Remove all packaging material before lighting.
  • Keep all objects, including matches and wick trimmings out of the candle.
  • Do not burn candle for more than 2-3 hours at a time.
  • Vessel will be hot when candle is lit. Do not allow flame to touch vessel. Allow candle to cool before relighting.
  • Should any black smoke appear, trim the wick. Wick should be clean and no longer than 5 mm.
  • Always protect the surface on which the candle rests.
  • Do not burn wax down to the bottom. Avoid drafty areas. 
  • Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury and/or property damage.

What type of wax do you use to make your candles? 

• Our candles are made from a premium blend of soy and coco wax. 

How long do the candles last? 

• Library Candles: approximately 50 hours
• These burn times may vary depending on the conditions of use. 

What is the return policy for Library Objects? 

• If the content of your order arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
• If you received a damaged item, please email us with your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damage. If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we allow exchanges for merchandise credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not allow refunds and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all the original packaging. Exchanges and credit are applicable only at the original point of purchase. The Ultimate Tower is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Will the delivery require a signature upon receipt? What happens if I miss the delivery attempt? 

• Signature upon receipt is required for orders of value greater or equal to $500/500 EUR. If you miss the delivery attempt, the courier will attempt another delivery the next day.
