Order Limits & Shipping
- Why can't I ship my order to Brazil? Orders shipped to Brazil cannot exceed $2,999 USD at checkout. This is a Brazilian customs regulation. If your cart contains multiple items, try splitting into separate orders each under this amount.
- What if a single item exceeds the $2,999 limit? Some items are priced above the Brazil shipping threshold and cannot be purchased online for delivery to Brazil.
- I'm buying a gift for someone in Brazil. Where can I find their CPF number? A CPF belongs to the person receiving the parcel, and only they can provide it. It is private information, so it cannot be looked up, and we are not able to obtain it on your behalf. You will need to ask your recipient directly.
- Why do you need my CPF number? The CPF is the taxpayer number issued to individuals in Brazil, and Brazilian customs requires it on every imported parcel before releasing it to the recipient. Without it, an order cannot clear customs and will be held or returned to us. We ask for it solely so that your parcel can be delivered. It is passed to the carrier and to Brazilian customs, and used for no other purpose.
